Resolution Media team members originate from a unique and diverse array of backgrounds and organizations. Our Executive Team is representative of the depth, expertise and experience within the entire company.


David Gould
President

David GouldAs President of Resolution Media, Dave Gould continues to solidify the agency’s leadership position within the search marketing industry. He joined Resolution Media in October of 2005 as SVP of Strategic Operations. In that capacity, he focused his efforts on aligning Resolution Media’s core operations to deliver superior client service as well as overseeing other support functions such as the financial planning process and human resources. Gould is a member of the AAAA Search Engine Marketing Committee and a frequent guest lecturer at various Chicago area graduate business programs.

Most recently Gould was a Director at United Airlines where he held positions in the airline’s Mileage Plus direct marketing group, finance and global sourcing. During his four plus years with United, he was instrumental in developing and applying lifetime value metrics associated with their global loyalty program. Additionally he developed and implemented strategies to reduce the worldwide airport operations cost structure associated with 3rd party service suppliers. Gould started his tenure at United in the Financial Analysis group.

Prior to United, Gould worked as the Manager of Financial Analysis for OurHouse.com, an online home and hardware retailer. Gould spent seven years as a Naval Officer where he gained extensive leadership and management experience. He also holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University.

Lance Neuhauser
Executive Vice President, Strategy

Lance NeuhauserLance Neuhauser drives the development of Resolution Media’s overall corporate strategy and suite of client solutions. He helps set priorities for the organization to ensure Resolution Media is at the forefront of the search marketing industry.

Prior to being part of the Resolution Media founding team, Neuhauser worked in a series of strategy and development roles where he helped launch new corporate divisions for both Mosaic Data Solutions & RCN. His background in both large and small corporate solutions development, promotional execution, direct marketing and sales, has allowed Neuhauser to build successful campaigns for a number of Fortune 500 and brand name companies.

Neuhauser currently serves on the board of directors for the Business Architects Association, is a certified Business Architect and member of the Business Marketing Association. He also served as an adjunct professor at The Stuart Graduate School of Business, where he taught Communication Strategies in a Digital Environment.

Neuhauser holds a BS in Advertising from the University of Illinois and an MBA with honors in e-Business from DePaul University. When he has spare time, he immerses himself in the New York music scene, but still roots for the White Sox.

Jeff Campbell
Vice President, Senior Account Director

Jeff Campbell Jeff Campbell has been with the Resolution Media since its foundation in 2003, immersing himself in nearly all aspects of the company’s operations. Currently, he oversees the Advertising and Content solutions for Lowe’s and is focused on strategy development, media integration, measuring online to offline sales impact and web analytics. In addition to his work at Resolution Media, Campbell created and instructs the Search Engine Marketing curriculum at the University of Chicago.

Prior to Resolution Media, Campbell was with Mosaic Data Solutions, a direct marketing agency in Evanston, IL. He co-founded their Paid Search offering and managed several Fortune 500 campaigns.

Campbell gained traditional marketing experience with Sprint PCS Business Development where he worked to launch new products and was involved in all aspects of marketing planning, including pricing strategy, product development, retail distribution, advertising and promotional strategy.

Campbell graduated from Drake University with honors and dual majors in Marketing and Management. He lives in Charlotte with his wife, Caroline, daughter, Kate, and their pug, Oliver. His spends his free time with his family camping, hiking, biking, photographing and all things outdoors.

Viji Davis
VP, Client Services

Viji DavisViji Davis is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, retention and growth through oversight of the Client Services department. She ensures the Resolution Media Account and Client Strategy & Development teams provide clients with flawless communication, strategy, solutions and program execution while building and managing ongoing client relationships.

Prior to joining Resolution Media, Davis worked at Performics, where she developed a deep understanding of the search landscape, managing global search campaigns for Hewlett Packard’s B2B and B2C global marketing accounts. She also gained several years of experience with large retailers while on the affiliate side of the business, helping to drive exposure for her clients and significant sales lifts.

Prior to Performics, Davis garnered extensive offline marketing experience at Alpha Thought Global, where she was responsible for uniting six disparate brands under one newly formed parent company. To achieve this, Davis developed a new corporate identity inclusive of a new brand, logo and creation of all marketing collateral.

Davis graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Economics. She and her husband Joey live in Chicago, which they use as a hub for their traveling adventures.

David Barnes
Director, Business Intelligence

David BarnesDavid Barnes actively develops all data management and infrastructure technology for Resolution Media. Barnes spearheaded the creation of RM3, Resolution Media’s proprietary data warehouse, workflow and analytics tool that automates many functions such as reporting and data collection.

Prior to Resolution Media, Barnes worked for several software and ecommerce companies such as Firestar Interactive and Kankatee LLC. While at Firestar, as a Software Engineer, Barnes was the lead architect on an affiliate platform, which integrated search, email, display and other media as well as automated data feeds, reporting and billing. At Kankatee LLC, a company Barnes both founded and ran, he was the lead architect and used the platform to test proprietary ecommerce algorithms, experience he has brought with him to further search efforts at Resolution Media.

Barnes is currently a member of the Technology Executives Club and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). When Barnes is not focusing on Resolution Media’s business intelligence practice, he enjoys sailing, snowboarding and robotics.

Barnes graduated from Bryant College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering. Barnes also is both Microsoft MCSE & MCSD certified, as well as, COMPTIA A+ certified.

Tom Kuthy
VP, Strategic Partnerships

Tom Kuthy Tom Kuthy leads the development of integrated, customized approaches to meet the search marketing needs of prospective clients in a wide variety of industries. Additionally, Tom is responsible for bringing together client-appropriate best-in-class resources across marketing disciplines by drawing on parent company Omnicom’s exceptional breadth of non-search marketing services.

Prior to joining Resolution Media, Tom held a wide variety of senior marketing roles in diverse industries and geographies. After earning his MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan, Tom rose through a progression of consumer packages goods marketing roles at Procter & Gamble, Kellogg’s and Frito-Lay.

At Frito, Tom led the product development efforts for new trademarks and technologies and pioneered the company’s entry in the baked snack category. He later served as Chief Marketing Officer of Frito’s Asia Pacific division, based in Signapore, overseeing the marketing for 10 countries on two continents.

In addition to his roles in Fortune 50 companies, Tom has been a successful entrepreneur, founding 5 marketing-driven companies that leveraged paid search and natural search to become leaders in their industry niches.

While not living and breathing search marketing, Tom enjoys escaping into nature where he indulges his passion for nature photography and day-hiking with his wife Nancy.

Jamie Stone
VP, Advertising Solutions

Jamie Stone Jamie Stone is responsible for overseeing all aspects of paid media for the company inclusive of paid search advertising.. In this role, Stone manages the strategic insights, vertical assessment, delivery management, and planning process for Resolution Media’s North American and International client base. Stone is responsible for expanding Resolution Media’s presence and offerings within the industry as well as providing thought leadership to customers and prospects.

Stone is an accomplished search marketer and frequent event speaker, boasting over ten years of industry experience. Prior to Resolution Media, Stone was Director of Paid Search Marketing for iCrossing. There she helped build the search practice and managed relationships with various Fortune 500 marketers. Previously, Stone held interactive marketing roles at FTD and Sircon.com. She also ran the retail practice at Performics. Over the course of her career, Stone has worked with such brands as Sears, Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Kohl’s, Crate and Barrel, Nestle Purina Pet Care, and many others.

Stone holds a dual degree from Michigan State University in Business and Communications. She also holds a dual degree in skiing and snowboarding and loves to spend time with her daughter, Sydney.

Dave Tan
VP, Content Solutions

Dave Tan Dave Tan oversees the development of holistic search-based content solutions and ensures that they are integrated into all aspects of a client’s marketing program. His department delivers search engine optimization and content distribution for clients inclusive of website, video, image, RSS, social and mobile platforms. Tan is also focused on related service offerings like multi-variant webpage testing to improve conversion rates.

Tan brings an extensive 14 year career specializing in interactive marketing, online publishing and general management. Most recently, he was at NAVTEQ/Nokia, as Director, Consumer Products Business Management, responsible for developing the strategic product direction and ongoing management of all NAVTEQ’s consumer facing web sites, media products, and mobile applications.

Prior to NAVTEQ/Nokia, Tan held various management roles at Tribune Interactive over a span of four years, the last being Interim General Manager/Director of Marketing and Development at Chicago Tribune Interactive where he was responsible for all marketing, design, products and advertising development for Tribune Company’s Chicago sites.

Before Tribune, Tan served as an e-Marketing Manager with global responsibility at Shure Inc. Earlier, Dave held numerous management marketing positions at BrassRing, Inc. and Ethnicgrocer.com. Tan also brings international brand marketing experience with EMI/Capitol Music, promoting numerous international artists throughout the Asia Pacific region. He began his marketing career at the Museum of Television and Radio in New York.

Tan has a MBA with honors in Marketing from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and BA with honors in History from Connecticut College. Outside of the office, Dave and his wife Alysia are happily keeping up with their three boys (twins Alex and Jake and their little brother Zach) in Chicago.
